Entrepreneur and philanthropist committed to the development of design and innovation projects in Mexico. She is the founder of Grupo Diarq, one of the most important design and real estate development companies with offices in Mexico and the United States. Founder and president of CENTRO, the first university in Mexico focused on creative education. Founder of Diez, a company that designs, manufactures, and exports Mexican lighting. President and founder of Dalia Empower, a global initiative with learning experiences for women in all economic sectors to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Board member and advisor for numerous organizations and member of C200, Women’s Executive Leadership Organization and representative of Mexico at the W20 women’s initiative of the G20.

Kerstin Scheuch, Centro de diseño, cine y televisión

BA in Art History from Vienna/St. Andrew’s and an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau). Director general of CENTRO since 2004. Previously, consultant at the Art Center College of Design (Pasadena/ Barcelona) and executive consultant at KPMG in London. In Vienna she was managing director of The Secession, head of marketing of the 23rd Council of Europe Exhibition and department head at Sotheby’s. She is an expert in strategy, innovation and education, and is featured in the book: Women of Design: Influence and Inspiration.
