Explorando el balance vida trabajo en las mompreneur del norte de México

Resumen

El presente estudio analiza los factores asociados al equilibrio vida-trabajo en madres emprendedoras (mompreneurs), a partir de un enfoque cualitativo con entrevistas a siete mujeres del norte de México. A través del análisis temático se identificaron las motivaciones personales, las necesidades económicas, las tensiones emocionales y las redes de apoyo como elementos clave que inciden en la conciliación entre el rol materno y el emprendimiento. Los hallazgos muestran que, aunque el autoempleo brinda flexibilidad, también implica sobrecarga y estrés. La investigación se fundamenta en la teoría del emprendimiento feminista, del rol social y del equilibrio vida-trabajo, aportando una visión integral sobre este fenómeno emergente. Este trabajo contribuye a visibilizar las experiencias de las mompreneurs y sus desafíos, ofreciendo insumos para el diseño de políticas de apoyo más inclusivas.
